SMC Big Band @ Cumberworth Carnival

Following cancellation due to the heavy rain in July the rescheduled Cumberworth Carnival took place on Saturday 15th September.  Following the procession from Lower Cumberworth up to the school the audience were treated to two musical performances, firstly from Shepley Community Band and then from the Shelley Music Centre Big Band.  The band played superbly and provided the listeners with a wonderful afternoon of jazz and swing.
